REALLY not liking the trend in this and the previous book to bash men, especially their significant others. Yes, the Sisterhood is the star of the series but the constant disdain and distrust of the men is both exhausting and annoying. I may give up the series if this continues.

I've only enjoyed a couple of stories so far. Many I start, don't like, so I skip to the next. A couple really have not aged well. Most of the stories are from around 2014.

Quite enjoying this so far.

Struggling to stay interested; going to take a break and read something else.

A bit Gothic, very confusing, and in desperate need of a genealogy chart. Also, probably would be best to read the series in order instead of jumping in the middle.

Surprise! It's Christian romance. Deceptive of the author to fail to tell readers that. That will lower the final rating by a star. I have no use for deceptive authors. It's a good enough story that I'll keep reading but probably won't continue the series.

I enjoyed rereading Running Blind, Stiff Drink was a disappointment, was it even a romance? I liked Deep as the Dead and will look for book 2 at my local library.

I read the first three books, two were rereads as I own them individually. I skipped the fourth book as it's a mafia romance and that's a hard no. Now starting book five, which is also a reread.

I want to like Dez but he's too perfect. He's a charming cardboard cutout.

So. Damn. Good!

Starting the third and final book, Face the Fire.

The first book, Dance Upon the Air, held up pretty well. Now starting the second book, Heaven and Earth.

Only a little ways in but it's slow and dull so far. :(
