I don't know anything about publishing a book and the work behind it, but I don't get why authors do "copy/paste"-covers. Where is you creativity???

I expected something great after reading the blurb. But I have a feeling that this will be much better than I expected... OMG I don't have the words to describe my feelings after reading only 10% of this story...

Hey my GR-friends and their friends :) A few days ago I've read a blurb of a book and I thought that I've added it to my TBR-list, but I can't find it anymore. So please help me find the book. I only know that the story has something to do with a woman who's dog bolt into (Central?) park and while she runs after him, she runs into the hero (an actor?). I hope somebody can help me :)
