Highly entertaining while simultaneously being utterly foolish…. Like, you really have to suspend reality here, but it’s a quick ride!

I’m struggling to finish!!!

I was doing fine until Part 2 appeases and now?! I don’t care anymore! 🫣🤣

This is so slow!!!!!! Like, the writing is good, but I’m legit losing interest.

Nope. Just nope. Avery treated everybody like absolute garbage throughout this entire book, then told us that she tried not to beat herself up over the horrible way she treated people because you can’t control your body’s survival tactics - it’s Biology.

I think this sums up everything I hate about this book.

I still can’t stand Avery. At all.

Avery has got to be one of the most insufferable characters I’ve read in a while.

This feels like a DNF.

I refuse to believe people make it to their 30s and still only have Mona’s level of emotional maturity.

The only thing keeping me reading are the descriptions of Iceland.

Why’s the brother’s best friend always stunningly gorgeous and single? Even in his 30’s and beyond?

I dunno if I’m gonna make it to the end. It’s absolutely 100% clear that this is all a misunderstanding that could be easily resolved with two seconds of communication.

This chick really just said that starting school a year early ruined her entire life all the way up to adulthood 👀

There is no reason for this book to be this obnoxiously long when absolutely nothing is happening!!!!

This really reminds me of Lucky Night by Eliza Kennedy

Not loving this. She’s going to each town, talking to one person, then leaving. Maybe the great purpose and lessons are coming later???? 👀

I literally hate every single character in this one so far.

I’ve literally done NOTHING but read this book today. I’m amazed how good it is!! The writing is beautiful but so relatable at the same time. I’m captivated!

There’s an obvious choice here. Like, nobody is doubting who she’s going to choose.
I’m tempted to just skip to the last page. 🫣😩

I assume this is geared towards very young, emotional, and impressionable teens…. So it’s a little alarming how many pages and how much detail are put into exactly how the FMC plans to kill herself.

I don’t trust myself to pick books anymore. This is the most heavy handed, melodramatic nonsense I’ve read in a long time.

Why is this marketed like a thriller? What am I missing? Absolutely nothing has happened except she stole the chick’s sunglasses lol
