I love this so far. I know it's not really doing anything different from Riordan's other books but I still enjoy it ;u;

This story by Beth Revis is better than Burn3 in my opinion. It actually tries to have proper character development and explains the world the story is set in in greater depth. I'm not saying there wasn't issues--oh boy, there definitely was--but I find solace in the fact that it was better than Burn3. I'm hoping this next short story will be a gem. I have my doubts, though.

Just finished Burn3. Didn't like it. There were parts where the writing could have been so, so much better. The world building could have been better. Overall, it was... not good.

I'm sorry, but I'm glad I didn't pay for this book. Pale Rider was meh. The story I just finished, Corpse Eaters, was... just... no. It wasn't as bad as the raindrop story, but there should've been more world building for the sake of this story making sense (because I was very confused as I read it). I'm hoping the next short story will be better.

I'm frustrated over how long Gemma is taking to form the freaking alliances T.T Like, just a bit of magic would be enough to change your fates, right??? Like, bewitch Ann's aunt or whoever to adopt her as her daughter and make Felicity's dad go insane. You were able to control your own dad well enough before you had all the magic ._.'

I really love this book *-* I hope Nadine and Larry hook up.

It's getting interesting....

A lot of the characters are very, very similar to what they were like in the first book... AND GEMMA, SERIOUSLY. YOU'RE ACTUALLY DOUBTING THAT YOUR DREAMS MEAN ANYTHING. HAVE YOU LEARNED NOTHING?

All the characters kinda seem the same still... and it's the third book. The writing has progressed considerably.

Hmmm. It's an interesting read so far. It's not horribly written, and it's a fast read, which is how I covered so much ground in one day. I like parts of it a lot, including the chatroom sections. Though I'm a tad bit confused--when did Kyle find the chatroom? It seemed like he found it after moving, but...
Also, I thought his super-depressed phase was kinda melodramatic.

That last story was good. Dogbodies, or something. The writing was decent, the overall plot was interesting, and, while I wasn't as invested with the characters as I was with some of the other shorts, I didn't mind. The ending was superb, even if I kinda expected it.

This is quite enjoyable so far. I just don't get why Will#2 has to apologize to Maura. She's horrible >.>' SHE MADE UP ISAAC. HOW COULD SHE.

I ship Will#2 and Isaac so hard. I don't even mind that Will#1 and Will#2 didn't even meet yet--the story's interesting enough so far.
Also, Will#1 is still not as interesting as Will#2
