I have a real problem with this scene in the car. The rope scene getting unexpectedly sexual, I get it. Kink scenes take turns, especially with newbies. It’s a consent violation but nothing a talk and a “do better next time” won’t fix. But kissing Frankie without consent after running hot and cold on their relationship prospects, “Because I couldn’t stop myself” NO. From the dom? A RIGGER???? Trust has left the chat.

The author released this, Resolutions, and Bear With Me as a little bundle and I love that. But Lucy, there are male names besides Mike. The hero in both Resolutions and Blind Date are named Mike and that was a little confusing in a bundle, especially since Resolutions and Bear With Me are sequels (so Mike 1 is also mentioned in BWM).

Maybe Mike 2 should be Matt? Hmm?

Oooh boy. I knew from following Mason this was going to be bad, but I just LOVE this introduction by a straight white woman about how sad the Pulse Massacre made her. Because she made a movie about a lesbian serial killer? Does she think Florida is just in Dexter? Like, not a real place with real non-serial killing gay people? This story is so confusing and infuriating and I'm literally on page 2 of writing.
