I think this might be the self help book I've needed for years 😅

I adore the writing of this book, I've never highlighted so many sentences.

This book tackles such big topics and it just doesn't care, it's so blasé and why am I still reading this UGH

This might be a DNF, I have zero interest in this story.

The constant use of the world interlocutor is egregious. I'm enjoying Katabasis but I'm also about to throw the book across the room the next time I see that word used. Which is unfortunate as I can see it lower down the page I'm currently reading and on the next page too.
