These books are not short

I still have no idea what going on.

Dear MC, please stop sticking your head in the dumbwaiter shaft.

I am experiencing feeling ranging from active dislike to revulsion for all of the characters.

I am approximately 5800 pages into the ridiculous total of 6362 pages in this ridiculously long series. I've waited years for this. And I find I just can't find it in me to go on. I need a break from these characters. I'll come back for the last bit, eventually.

Storms, this book is long!

Gonna put a pin in this depressing book for now. Does this ever become a more upbeat story?

Struggling with boredom. I really have to stop buying entire series before I start reading them.

This book is so exciting!

To be fair, it is 1114 pages of essentially short stories. I've found that if I have trouble sleeping I can read this and gently fall asleep dreaming of fluffy sheep in the English countryside.
