the assumtion that they must be boyfriends and they must have done the deed couple of time although to both of them it feels totally new is grating a little.
I mean even if they were... they don't remember... why can't they act normal? like it is actually new. Stiles inner monologue on it is just wrong on some levels.

Inconsistency are a bit persistent. Could be great with serious beta-reading and some editing.
