If I have to read “pops his/her shoulder” ONE more time, I might throw my Kindle against a wall. Ugh!!!!

I’ve never wanted to leave a negative review for a business more than I do right now. And it’s a fake business in a fiction book. 😆

I am STRUGGLING not to DNF this one. The FMC refers to herself in third person and it’s absolutely ridiculous.

How nice to find a massive error on only page4. Grass Valley is in California, not Nevada and I think they were actually in Nevada City (next door) which is also in California. Nevada COUNTY, but still….California.

I usually really like this author’s books but Sadie might be the MOST annoying FMC ever. The way she talks to her dog is giving me a headache from the eye rolling. I may be DNFing soon.

I read the graham effect before this one and I’m so many different types of confused. The dad in TGE was Garret graham, legendary hockey player and this MC on this book is Garrett graham, college student hockey player. Why did this author do this? It’s making it very hard to read that she’s used the same exact name in a hockey romance.

I’ve seen a lot of dumb names in books but Beat? Ugh. 🙄

Really struggling to keep going on this. I can’t stand Emma. The incessant label dropping is getting ridiculous and the fact that she included Balenciaga in this book is disgusting. So far this book is a one star at 40ish% thru.

Page 44 only and I already cannot stand Bee. Poor repressed vegan Bee 🙄🙄🙄 this very well may be my second and LAST book by this author.

So far this feels like it was written by a third grader. And btw…ketoacidosis is not the word you’re looking for. Ketosis is what you wanted. Research matters.

I’m nearly half way done and still don’t know what the point of this book is. I’m so disappointed so far as I very much look forward to this author’s new releases.

Ugh. This one just hit way too close to home. I literally just lost a friend a year ago to the exact same thing with the exact same presenting symptoms.

I'm not really loving this format at all. It feels like a total ripoff of "REAL" autobiographies of bands that actually exist. After hating this authors last book so much, this is probably my last of hers which makes me sad because the 4 I read prior I absolutely loved. We'll see if this picks up or not.
