Why did she force her way into a place she clearly wasn't welcomed? Why are you seeking acceptance from the people who don't even see you? Seems like too much of an unresolved parents issue.

1. There is no right or wrong way to do things, only better or worse ways.

I feel like the author is curve-fitting (overfitting)/ leading the witness; I think he is leading the patient instead of letting them say whatever they were saying. I do understand NDs relate by sharing their personal exp examples, and how it helps his interviewees to feel safe and relaxed, but idk if their experiences of colors/music/shapes/designs are anyway related to autism or just basic Ateology human behaviour

Navigating Autism is too much work for a single caretaker, it requires an army. Also, I don't think it's just autism, it's taking care of a child as a whole, fuller human being.
