Actually reading this after "essentialism" makes it more understanding.
The idea of saying "yes" to the thing that we prioritize the most and saying "no" to all else; is the same in Seth's book as quiting the things you know you will not make it through it's dips. Quitting before starting he calls it.

So far learning the essence of essentialism:

منذ اكثر من شهرين؛ احمل كتبا، اقرا منها20 صفحة ولا اندمج مع القصص.احس وكأنني أقرا أوراقا مدرسية ولا استوعبها.
اليوم قبل أنأضع رأسي على وسادتي، تحرش بي كتا ربعي المدهون وأمضينا سويعة معا.
