Brie Donning is on page 348 of 512 of Total Truth: Liberating Christianity from its Cultural Captivity
The history of how the growing divide between public and private spheres turned Christianity into a religion for women is facinating.

This book is so good. I'm right in the thick of reading about Darwinism, the philosophical pragmatism that grew out of that, and the relativistic postmodernism that grew out of that.
Constructivism in education is slightly scary.

"Constructivism does not assume the presence of an outside objective reality that is revealed to the learner, but rather that the learners actively construct their own reality."

We finally got back to reading this. Only the ending remains. The dragon is dead.

Things are getting very interesting. I half guessed some of it from foreshadowing, and it's a brilliant build up. And all of it is awesome.
Also Snow White.

That moment when you realize what a neighbouring king having twelve daughters, means for the future of the series.

A princess, in birch bark canoe, shooting the rapids on a river. I like this book.

I'm really glad I have the assurance that Leith survives. I really need it right now.
And yes, I am binge listening when I ought to be doing CampNaNo. Thanks for asking.
Also Ranson and Blaine had better survive.

Augustine doesn't seem to think much of a liberal arts education. Not that that was exactly the same in the 4th century as it is today.

Probably not the best place to start a series, but it's the only Bryan Davis digital audiobook the library has. I'm figuring things out.

Despair turned to hope, singing at the deaths = heartbreakingly beautiful. Things are very awkward now. Even more awkward than remembering who's dead.

Right in the middle of Renna and Brandi being killed. Always an awkward business. I'm loving it. Love Jamie too. He's awesome.
