While I’m not terribly far into it, this book has my full attention. The world building in this novel is still top-notch. I’ve color-coded the map & all the lists of characters, glossary, & important locations. I’ve been eagerly waiting to read this ever since I tore through the first book in this series. The cover is so cool; I love the massive pyramid! I’m already loving The Strength of the Few! 😊

Euan Morton is one of my favorite audiobook narrators. It’s especially fun hearing how he makes each character’s voice stand out. I love his Scottish accent. Even though I’m less than 100 pages in, the world building & magic system is interesting!
