Did this patient really just call herself "fat like a house" and did this bitch Amy really follow that up by thinking to herself "she used to be way too skinny in high school" Also, what a perfect out for Amy. "Hey doctor I know one of the patients and I think my being here will be bad for her recovery" But no, she is probably just going to violate HIPAA instead.
