This book is pissing me off - the author makes out people in their 40s to be “old” and that a 39yo woman has fluctuating hormones because of “the change” ... at friggin 39?!? Grrrr I’m ten years older and had my first baby at 42 and can promise you 39 is still very very young. SMH...
