So far this book is intriguing but Jane, the main character and the victim whom Allyson is representing in this book is insufferable AF. What happened to her was awful but instead of getting therapy she’s just an entitled asshole. Like, go get some therapy and leave us alone, but I’m gonna continue and see if it ends up being an decent read.

This is a 12 hr listen/ 400 page read so I may dip is it doesn’t pick up soon. 🫠

Dear white authors, when describing white women as beautiful, please say more than “she has, blonde hair and blue eyes”. Good mystery with a nice twist
