Ugh it's a very short read but hard to get through. Just boring stuff, unremarkable characters

I haven't really read many books since becoming a mom, and this is one of the first I've read that tackles motherhood. Although the subject is a little bleak, the writing is compelling, and the whole picture slowly unfolds.

Daghan pa ko'g work-related na basahonon/buhatonon but this busy mama needs an escape. Loved the first book, I'm sure I will love the rest

I have been in a reading slump lately (although the last 2 books I read were amazing). Decided to pick this book up since I remember enjoying the movie I saw wayyy back. I am just at the beginning but oh my goodness I love it so much! I can tell this is going to be one of my favorites

I'm having a hard time following the story... So many characters are introduced, and I'm still not getting the writing style. But let me say that the writing is quite vibrant, if you know what I mean.

So far, so good. Who doesn't love a good whodunnit mystery? Also looking forward to watching the PBS series!

I don't know man. Maybe I shouldn't have picked this book up. Not particularly keen on reading it but I don't want to DNF it either--not when I'm already at 16% 😅

It appears I've already read this book (and rated it 4 stars) but I have no memory of it, haha. So I guess this is now a re-read, lol

850 pages is very intimidating but been having a fun ride in the first 60+ pages so far
