Dear god, this book has become such an albatross around my neck, and I feel like I've been trying to get through it for years. This is definitely a ME problem and no criticism of the book itself as the writing is better than fine and I do find the subject fascinating. I'll make some headway and build up a momentum and then hit a slow chapter and take a break with something else, only to forget about it.

The last quarter of this book may be the best thing ever but I may never know. So far this has been such a disappointment.

Once more into the fray!

Honestly, has there been any writer who's work has deteriorated to such an ungodly level as Mr. John Grisham? I know its awful to go into a book with such a bad 'tude but I am almost dreading this experience.
