this series reminds me of the broken earth trilogy but better. the twist is the characters are lovable and i care about what's happening to them and i have been going slow with the second book because i worry what will happen next.

to jest dość smutne z perspektywy osoby, która naczytała się wiele literatury średniowiecznej, jak i opracować jej dotyczących, jak po raz kolejny trafia na współcześnie napisaną książkę, nudniejszą od większości z nich... dodaktowa uwaga dla siebie: muszę jednak czytać opisy przed zakupem, żeby zamiast na książkę o kocie znowu nie trafić na fabularyzowany rys historyczny jakiegoś regionu.
