So far it’s following closely with the Netflix movie, although Frankenstein’s father is much kinder (Guillermo Del Toro added daddy issues??).
Frankenstein’s cousin becoming his stepmom is kinda odd…I think this was changed in the 1831 text.

Really enjoying The Double, it reminds me of the recent horror movie The Substance. I’m guessing the “clone” might be a case of multiple personality disorder, but I’ll have to wait and see.
