the writing is soooo lyrical and the world is honestly pretty complicated and the mmc isn't as cocky/brooding/grumpy as i normally like them to be butttttttt i think i might still like this book.

because why am i enjoying it more than i thought i would

here's to hoping the writing gets better by page 200 🤞
