I am truly disappointed in the way Robbins writes her heroines. It’s ok for the men to be alpha & hard, but do ALL the women in this series have to beg & be pushovers. Robbins has these women begging these men to love them and they don’t have backbones. The storylines are amazing, but the depiction of every women is this serious is deplorable. Is that how she sees women. . . As doormats with no self-respect?!

I love this series, however, I feel like the author needs to learn another word besides “glare”. It’s so annoying to read it every sentence as if there are no other words in the English language such as frown, stare, etc. it’s the only reason her books don’t get 5 stars from me.

Okay. . . There is slow burn! And then there is just straight up boring. I’m so tired of redInc about every little gas station stop and hotel debate. 🙄

This is so hard to read! I’m actually pretty sad to write this. She is a doormat and he is a whiner. The entire book is about her “just wanting him to love her” and him “not being able to love and protect her”. It’s all just so pathetic. Michaels is always a one click buy for me and always a 5 stay read, but this one. I’m struggling to make myself finish it.

I’ve never read a Micheals book that I didn’t like but this Delia chick is pathetic. I can’t stand reading about week women. She is constantly begging this dude to “love” her. when he says he doesn’t want her the way she wants him, she give in and has sex with him anyway. She tells him she needs space to get over him, but let’s him move in anyway. She is sad and pathetic. It’s annoying to read.

This story could be so much better. The author has all of these inner monologues when the characters should be talking to each other. They have all of these long drawn out thoughts while they are standing right in front of each other, but doesn’t address the issue with the person. Yet, we get all the drawn out sex scenes.

I almost don’t even want to write this because it’s just so hard to do. I’ve never not loved a Bliss Book but this one is just too much fluff. These back and forth group texts are as annoying as the real life group chats. There isn’t enough dialogue with Him and Arlo. All the annoying dialogue is between him and all of his cousins and their spouses. At once! It feels more like a bad reality show. 😫

I’m a bit annoyed how easy Launa is. She is so quick to forgive Tracker and look the other way just because he says he is sorry. I’m disappointed in her character.

So this book has great
Potential but Caroline’s scared mentality is a turnoff. That alone is why I won’t be giving this 5 stars. She is so scared and panicked over another woman. It’s like listening to a scared child. She hides and ducks away when she sees the crazy girl. I’m felt
Like her character was an immature teen and not a grown woman! Major turnoff. I hope the other books in the series are better.

Ok! Seriously! Why get married but not tell anyone. The entire point is for it to look real so why hide it from the child and the community. Then, there is the fact that there is no chemistry between the couple. There is no connection with Jessica and Emma. I feel like the author just through sex and “I love you” in there. I don’t feel like I’m reading a love story. They don’t even appear to be friends.

Ok! So I’m a bit annoyed with Kin. She is over the top. The first day she is at his house, she is going through his things and throwing out all of his stuff. He asked her to pick a restaurant they both could enjoy, yet she picks a vegan Resturant anyway after he asked her not to. It’s one thing to be vegan and organic, etc. However, pushing your values on others is annoying to me. Ijs

Sooooo. . . I’m slightly disappointed in how pathetic Sydney is. She is literally begging a man that says he doesn’t want her. I get being in love, but she has no dignity. I’m a bit sad about this. I’ve never dislike one of CM’s characters before. However, Sydney just sounds needy and desperate.

So, as usual. . . The story is great. However, just like before. . . The word “glare” is overused. It’s literally in EVERY OTHER LINE! All of the verbs in the English language and somehow this one is used 1000 times in each chapter 😳😳😳😳

Ok! So I love this series so far. My only issue is the author writes WEAK WOMEN! Whew writes these woman as doormats who will allow anything for the sake of “love”. They allow themselves to be mistreated “because they are in love”. 😩😩😩

Omg! I’m slowly dying. I’m 30% in and they have hardly had any interaction with each other. It’s like a long monologue whenever it’s the H or h point of view. I’ve skipped so much just trying to get to the communication and interaction between them. Jasmine spends more fine with the driver and housekeeper so far.

Ugh! I’m having a hard time with this story and it’s just the beginning. This chick is a doormat and a pushover. She seems so desperate and weak. That’s a turn off for me when reading a book. She doesn’t do anything but repeat herself over and over again but never stands up for herself. Gonna keep reading and hoping it gets better.

Surprisingly, this book isn’t doing it for me. I’ve never been disappointed in one of her books before but this one has too much back and forth. The past dates and stories bleed into the present and the dates just confuse me. this memory loss, feelings for Levi, love for Colton, and the absence of Colton is just dragging on TOO LONG! It’s just long-winded that it takes the interest away.

I’m having a hard time with this book. It’s already taking me three days to get this far. I get that Rosie was sheltered and this is supposed to be a rom-com but no one is this stupid. The “funny” scenarios are long winded and she does dumb stuff. Who goes to an apartment of a guy when you just met him hours ago. I’m trying to get to the parts about Rosie and Henry but the ignorance is drawn out.

Ok! I’m liking the storyline of this book so far, BUT my only concern is this: if Paige and Carter were such best friends, why wouldn’t Paige have left custody/guardianship to Carter. What parent (in Paige’s situation) doesn’t make sure their child is taken care of. This makes zero sense to me as a Mother. LIKE, ZERO SENSE!
