Man, I've been so bad about Goodreads this year. I actually have read some books, but I don't remember my dates read, and I'm too lazy to review.🙄

I tabled at Realm Makers Expo over the weekend! I met some of you in person for the first time ever, and I wanted to say, thanks for talking to me. It's amazing knowing you're all real people in the real world somewhere out there.

Just a reminder: if a book is too depressing, traumatizing, or even just mood-spoiling for you--you literally don't have to read it. It's a novel. It's supposed to be entertaining, inspiring, or moving in a positive way. If it isn't doing that for you, it doesn't matter how "important" people say it is. You can put it down. You're not a bad person for doing that.

Read what brings you joy.

Redoing the Dronefall cover prepping for the paperback relaunch. Not really a redesign as much as a glow-up, but it's looking pretty cool. The paperbacks are coming, everybody. It's going to be worth it.

Rewriting the bcc, too. That's way too many words. Sorry guys.😅

I really want a Christian version of the "I'll Read What She's Reading" podcast. I want to hear deep dives and fan theories about books I would actually read. Any recommendations for Christian or clean bookish podcasts? Preferably with multiple hosts?

Or, some of you could just get together and start one already. I would promote it like crazy for you.

Many a terrible author has followed "in the tradition of Tolkien and Lewis."

Sometimes I feel bad about not reading a lot of theology books. But most of time I feel kind of weird reading what scholars have to say about somebody Who's literally right there.

Maybe enamies to lovers is unrealistic and a little overdone, but what about two people who hate each other because their personalities clash terribly but eventually grow enough that they learn to work together and laugh off their differences most of the time. Or just roll their eyes a lot.

Makes for great chemistry and probably some humor, which is a big deal for a lot of us. More of this, please!

Got this one for Christmas. So excited to be reading Brian Greene again. Greene partially inspired the Dronefall series in the beginning, so it's kind of like coming full-circle to be reading another book by him as I'm finishing writing book 6.

I just hope my brain can still keep up. My focus isn't what it used to be.

New goal: finish my 3 current reads before New Year.

This book is pretty thorough. But so far, I kind of already know all this stuff, subconsciously. I've definitely read some book blurbs that could have benefited from this method, though....

The Dronefall Series should be pretty popular in certain parts of New Jersey and Philadelphia right now. Just saying.
