Just finished an amazing chapter on the importance of the Trinity.

1st book down and halfway through the second.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves food and is interested in their health. Michael Pollan takes complex ideas and makes them easy to understand and enjoyable to read. I will certainly never look at a meal the same way. And that's a good thing.

I am fascinated by this book. Every other page I am oohing and aahing about another point Pollan makes.

Great section on loving and training children.

Good so far. Not as many grammatical mistakes as the first book, but the story still seems rushed.
