I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves food and is interested in their health. Michael Pollan takes complex ideas and makes them easy to understand and enjoyable to read. I will certainly never look at a meal the same way. And that's a good thing.

I am fascinated by this book. Every other page I am oohing and aahing about another point Pollan makes.
