Loving this - Why the hell isn't in the GR choice awards?

Is it just me that can't find the write in section on the GR awards? I'm amazed that Terry Pratchett: A life with footnotes isn't in the Biography section - it was published in Sept so it qualifies and now there's no 'write in' section? Help? Am I having the dumb?

So I lost a bet ... but actually ...

I'm obviously being stupid but I seem to have lost half my usual GR features?
I can't see the comments people reading my current book (JD Robb's new one) have made.
Anyone know where they hid them? Thanks

I'm refusing to mark this as read because it gives me such joy to see on my currently-reading shelf.
Let's be honest I read it eleventy-three times before it was ready for anyone else.

I'm happy that HA are having a much-needed vacation BUT *pouts* I need my inter-galactic Bachelor fix!

Buddy Re-read for Pride month

OK this is actually great and an uplifting fun book. Not sure the author realised just how horrible chapter 7 might be - the rest is fun.

OMG I'm not a huge proponent of trigger warnings - but I'm sitting here sobbing my heart out. WARNING if you have ever had to make a hard end of life decision for a much-loved pet - avoid most of chapter 7. Book is great but ... heartbreaking pet loss trigger

Amazon first read it's out me sleep 3 times which is unusual for me. It's not bad, just sloooow

I'm enjoying this and Alexis Hall is always witty and her dialogue is fabulously on point but the balance in this book is wrong for me, too much (arse) hole and not enough sweet doughnut. It makes it less enjoyable and too irritating. On the one hand kudos on creating a really shitty character on the other... I wanted a little more enjoyment.

I know there's a place for the 'stupid friend' trope but Annette is soooo annoying she actually gets totally between me and my enjoyment of this entire book. I mean really... Enough to avoid the rest of the series.

OMG this awesome! I’ve giggled, then choked, really laughed out loud and then actually cackled, yup truly cackled ... so much that my guy just said wha the hell are you listening to?

Oh this is adorable. terrific audible original... A little like a Graphic audio (with less annoying loud noises). I have biggest grin on my face, it's like a terrific radio play

Wow it makes it difficult to listen when the narrator appears to be completely oblivious to the author's humour and reads everything completely deadpan ... and with odd pauses.

This is brilliant loving the funny, snarky, gripping PWF books I've discovered. It's so nice to read about women of approx my age instead of TSTL 21 year olds all the time 😂

Started well - went downhill fast - just ran out of fucks. DNF

I hate that publishers (or authors) won't find the right narrators for books. love Kelley Armstrong, she set her book in North Yorkshire (my family's home) and the narrator has decided on a cross between Cornish and Scottish as the correct accent WTF!?

Also pronouncing an aga cooker as an A.G.A suggests zero prep before reading.
I may have to just return it to audible and get the kindle version 🤬
