Reaching the end of this and I hate to say it, I'm kind of curious to see what book 2 will be about but I really just ,,, don't wanna buy it U you know?

I honestly don't know how I feel about this like ... It's not good and no one is well written ... But it's so easy to read and I'm curious about what will happen next ...

Oh she's so brave and different and strong and she hates dresses and lessons about polite society because she'd rather be out fighting a giant man with a sword ! No one does it like her ! No girl could ever match up to her greatness and she fears no man !

For a book with a main character with a traumatic past, the narrative really is just handing her wins on a silver fkn platter.

This book set in medieval times wants to be modern so bad, that's the only way I can explain it.

Hoping to finish this today, very exciting stuff.

I dunno if I got a lot out of the body horror section but here we are I guess hehehehhe

Every time I read about the policing of women's bodies I wanna manspread on the metro and punch the men around me manspreading and taking up too much space in the nose... But they would never get it.

I haven't annotated a book quite as much as I've annotated this one in quite a while hehehhe

I love the lil girls being girls moments and the silly jokes and getting to exist and be silly even when the world around you is shattering a lil bit
