I have to say this is my least fav book by this author. Violet is a very contrary character. Says one thing and does another. She is suppose to be very savvy for having lived a hard life. But she is gullible and doesn’t follow any of those instincts that kept her going.

It’s hard to read. Montes has down down crazy s@&t. I don’t know how you can have any resolution because he does things that are not forgivable, so that makes the book hard to read. Almost ready not to finish.
