learned a new thing (!!):
recalling a memory is like opening a ms word file, it'll automatically open to "edit". when you save the memory again, you can accidentally modify it. also the interpretation of friends/therapist/someone who you share the memory with can bias how and what you recall the memory in the future.

keep telling myself it's be ok to read slooowly and reaally take everything in bcs i realized that i dont actually remember most of the book i read and that breaks my heart
