Pretty boring and extremely little new information for my part. Abandoning.

Promising but the book was stolen before it's could finish it :(

This is all I'm gonna read I'm afraid - some interesting tidbits (how we accomplish conceptualization is always interesting!) but altogether framed in a way that is not very usable for what I'm looking for.

Reads like a teenage romance; definitely not my cup of tea. The subject lured me to it, but writing is subpar. Abandoning.

Interesting, but not interesting enough that I feel the need to finish it at this point in time.

Good info but frustrating to the point of not being able to absorb it all at once. Will come back to the book in bits and pieces now and then.

It's a difficult (for me) book, but very rewarding. Taken in small bites. Not sure I'll be able to finish the entire book in one reading.

Started in Swedish, but as is common in these cases of popular science, the translation was awful. Beginning again in the original language, things look a lot better.

Skimmed it. Interesting framework, not very interested in the novel parts.

The Salatin - Polyface story really struck a chord in me. It may be somewhat romanticized here but there really seems to be something, there.

Yeah I'm doing it. Some hesitation.

But soon my jaw dropped, as I got introduced to the mechanics of the show, and the genius of everyone involved (and the super genius of Stewart - I figured he was something extra of course but it seems to go to superhero level, without any explicit labeling at all). Thoroughly fascinating.

It started out really... of average interest. I even flipped through the (digital) book and thought "am I really gonna finish this?", "is it gonna keep this format all the way through?".

Harari, unfortunately, seems dishonest on a couple of items. Here's number one.

In Sapiens, he made a big deal of agriculture being the thing that forever destroyed human happiness. And he continues this theme in Homo Deus. The evidence presented seems scant - I'd consider myself agnostic on this theory. But Harari is a believer, and he preaches with irritatingly religious fervor.

Swedish translation is horrible. Putting this away until I get hold of the original text.

Katastrofalt usel översättning till svenska. Inte helt ovanligt när det gäller populärvetenskap. Mycket synd på Sapolskys prosa dock.

Holy $*#% this book is 721 pages! 😳
