Taia is on page 101 of 880 of Lonesome Dove (Lonesome Dove, #1)
I've been in a really bad reading slump but I finally reached 100 pages. Only 779 pages to go.

It's slow going but I'm actually quite enjoying it. The only downside is the actual physical book, it's the only copy I could find and for an over 800 page novel who on earth decided to give it rigid pages?

Really interesting take and arguments about how the main character killing the king was actually the selfish/ignorant move that created more issues rather than solving them.

The writing in this feels different to regular books but it's almost fairy tale like which I'm loving.
"there was some kind of power in the ground, and it felt like and illness."

This line also just gave me a little chuckle:
"Will Dew was a quick shot, and accurate. He later described those next few seconds as: Will Dew became Will Doing it Fast, trying not to become Will Dead."
