Cute story, but it's all kinda bland

I don't think I'm interested enough to finish this. DNF

Starting to really get into this! The first 20% or so was less than immediately gripping - I think because I wasn't expecting Lia Mara - but now I'm very interested in her story

I can't put this book down. I have a lot to do at the moment, but I keep thinking about what I've read, and how I want to read more.

It's probably not a surprise that there is a lot of sadness in Lisa's early life - I just started the MJ chapter, so I'm very curious to hear her words on this phase of her life

Interesting story so far - no one seems to be taking this seriously though? I've never read a mystery before - or a cozy mystery - so maybe I'm just not familiar with the genre
