I am finding this book really hard to get into and follow along with the storyline. There are parts that are really good but too much of it is just plain confusing. It does have a warning for language which I just might have to drop this book, I really do not like foul language and when the story is already confusing I question why I am torturing my poor brain. Although I really hate to leave books unfinished.

I really like the concept of this story and like the characters. What I am finding hard is that I am having to skip whole pages that are too graphic "romance" scenes. It just may not be worth the constant skipping of pages that read more like porn than a good book. I am very sad when authors find this necessary, really it has nothing to do with the plot!

This was another good find off of KOBO in the free "e-book" section and so far I am really liking this book. However, my version says the cover has the title Quenched, Parched: Book 1, which is obviously incorrect when I went to go look the book up Quenched is book 3, but I am definitely reading book 1. So it must be an error on the editors part who sent the book to KOBO.

Hard to say the exact page, overdrive doesn't say. I am 66.4% in chapter 18... So the number above is an estimate. :)

The book is intially slow going but picks up, then slows down again... The story is good and I hope it picks up the pace again soon.

A scholastics book fair find for my daughter, however I am a sucker for time traveling stories, so far so good! :)

I am really enjoying the new character perspectives in this book (thats all I will say I don't want to spoil!).... I just finished the book and WOW it is going to be a long wait for the next one to come out in the fall of 2016 thats a whole year!

A collection of shorts stories, that have some familiar characters from her books. So far I am really enjoying this book!
