I know reviews for this book are overwhelmingly positive (which is why I picked it) but idk I’ve been feeling bored. I’m doing the audiobook and the only thing keeping me going is the narrator who is wonderful! But the story is dragging so much I don’t know…….

I'm so confused.... (but like in a good way)!!

I kind of really like this.

I don't know if I like this. I just feel kinda bored :( I'm intrigued by her mental state, but the plot has been kind of wandering so far. I think I'll put it down for a while and try again when I'm in a better mood (been in a book slump lately).

"Her hotness was of the variety that was slightly scary, like she might turn into a dragon and fire-breathe all over you, but in a sexy way." A SEXY FIRE-BREATHER!!

"More than once when I was little, I heard voices coming from beneath my bed, claws reaching up around the mattress to get me." AAAAAH! THE STUFF OF NIGHTMARES!

"Fiona was sitting in Otherlands, biting her fingernails to shreds and staring at stool. It sat right underneath the spotlight". Well that's an unfortunate missing word situation >.<

This is daaaark! I really like it, though!

So this character named Rolf was a bad idea. I keep seeing it as Rofl and wondering what joke I missed.

Really not the same quality of writing as her other novels. I haven't even wanted to pick this one up in a couple of weeks. I still wanna know what happens though.

This is really good so far. A bit slow paced but far from boring.

A teenage boy has been missing for not even 24hrs and the FBI are at his school asking questions. The FBI, really!? >.<

I'm insanely tired and unproductive today bc this book kept me up until 3am. And I don't feel bad about it one bit >.<

"He must know that a guy with his looks didn't need to have a relationship. He could have whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted it. That was his power." Uuuugh.

"I felt like I was being dumped by the love of my life" - Dude, you've literally seen him 3 times. With his face hidden. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS!! (But I do, because duh!)

This woman's writing is so addictive!

I'm loving this so much! It reminds me of how I felt like when reading Dragon Tattoo. The pictures and extras are a great touch, too!

Totally missed the fact that this was in verse. But I can roll with it!

I reeeaaally doubt an autopsy would have missed the fact that a body was dragged for a mile into the woods. Plus what's up with a ghost who feels pain? Does her spirit, probably see-through, brain have pain receptors? O_o A lot in this book is annoying me, but it's still strangely entertaining.

So this is super cute!!

Some of it is a bit ridiculous like how quickly she figured out this extremely wild concept she's living in, but it's a really neat premise!

I went from really enjoying this to a tad annoyed and kind of bored very quickly O_O

This is so good! Incredibly well thought out and the world building is fascinating!

Not sure if I'm liking this or not. The 2nd person POV is a bit hard to get used to.
