Finally getting to this one.

These two are too cute

I think I started this series to get to the third book, but this is intriguing as well. Excited to dive into it!

I am enjoying this and Bane but there's still some underlying annoyance I feel here and there. But this is doing a lot to help me like Bane where before I didn't.

So Bane is...well, the Bane of our existence we actually have nOT liked him at ALL so...well, I'm hoping this book about changes my mind because...well if not he will forever be insufferable. So we'll see...

This is my first River Hale book outside of her Far From series, so I'm eager to see how this goes, and this blurb intrigues me...

Can't quite tell if Lennon doesn't like Connor or is really forcing himself not to because yeah he's stalking him but he's not so favorable toward Connor in his head except for when it comes to his smile

*loud buzzer noise* wRONG - don't care for this sympathizing with King atm - he legit fucked up in so many ways and Shep had many legit reasons to be upset with him and pull back for a bit. Like idk maybe KING should have thought about their feelings too??? Like let's not let King off the hook!

Reallyyy not much of a fan of Theo being 37 and acting like this *all* the time and him being all "I have 5 to 10 years of oats left to sow" like pls grow up a little I beg

Since the second part of Shep and Theo's story comes out in a few days, I'm finally sitting down and reading this one in preparation.
