Am I reading the same book as all these reviewers? This book is insufferable and I’m forcing my way through the last hour so I can get the read credit.

I didn’t realize this was YA.

I have never paid so much attention to the way an audiobook narrator takes a breath before speaking than I have with this book. Don’t they usually edit those out?

This book is also kinda spicy, but in the most awkward way and with absolutely no build up. Just random spice…in the middle of an ordinary chapter…and then back to normal life. It’s so odd.

This book is so eye roll inducing that I’m going to sprain my eye sockets.

I was only half paying attention, so I’m not going to rate this.

I think I’m out. This is terrible and nothing is happening. Am I reading the same book as these reviewers are??

Wait…you want me to believe that Little Miss Big City Fancy Pants has never had baklava?? I think I need to restart this because I really hate this FMC and maybe I missed something that redeems her lack of basic human interaction skills.

I restarted this audiobook and think I’m up to speed now.

I have no idea what is going on.

Looking forward to the twist because this feels pretty obvious so far.
