If this weren’t about to knock off 2 categories for me on the Goodreads Challenge, I would have DNFed this book. The writing is stilted (probably due to translation, but still) and the plot is really dumb. Going to have to hate-read the next half.

If it turns out that this girl’s transgression is that she never let anyone love her or take care of her, I’m going to physically scream.

This starts out like dark academia. Please be dark academia. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

What in the Ebenezer Scrooge is this plot??

This is lovely! I wasn’t sure I’d like it, but the audiobook is exceptional.

This took me a while to get into, but I’m fully invested now. I’ve been tricked 3x thinking the story was over. There’s still 40 minutes left and even more to reveal??

This isn’t bad, per se. I’m just not getting through it very quickly.

This kinda feels like a sadder version of “My Friends” by Fredrik Backman.

I’ve had this on hold since it came out, but there is something about this book that makes me uneasy about where it’s going.

I really thought I’d be more into this. To be fair, I thought it was about something completely different.

This book is all over the place. Too many side plots going on that make absolutely no sense.
