If this weren’t about to knock off 2 categories for me on the Goodreads Challenge, I would have DNFed this book. The writing is stilted (probably due to translation, but still) and the plot is really dumb. Going to have to hate-read the next half.

Iiiiiiiiiiii’mmmmm sorry. What?? Your brother disappears and you want to spend your limited money on someone to come “cleanse” the house of evil spirits instead of an investigator? What in the Scooby Doo is happening here??
