Returned my Kindle copy to the library. On the waiting list again....

This book is very simple and direct, with plain language. It is written like a set of finely-crafted instructions. The chapters are super-short and instructional. If you don't like new-age stuff but want to try meditating or try something new, I recommend this book to you.

I don't know what page I was on. I actually LOST this book! I'm sure it will turn up. I have no fewer than three students who can tell me how it ends, so either way, I'm good to go.

This book went fast. Didn't mean to read the whole thing all at once.
