I’m just so bored like I love the demons and the setting in hell but the plot is just so fucking boring it’s literally just way too sweet for me and there’s like no drama gahhh I just feel like it’s a good cozy fun read and that’s not usually my cup of tea sooooo gtg

I hate myself for having the attention span for a fly but I just can’t read this one anymore like the plot and premise are so good but I think because of the way the main relationship progressed so quickly in the first book and then the way he got his memory back already in this one makes it kinda meh for me and I’m as invested to finish …. Ugh whatever DNF

Holy fresh hell.
The first 3/4 of this book was slow as fuck but the back half is getting more wild and anxiety-inducing by the second.
I can’t look away.
I’m so invested it’s criminal.

Now this book is intriguing me way more than the first

I don’t know why I’m shocked that I’m absolutely panting over this plot right now. I’ll absolutely inhale anything these two write. I’m LIVING for this enemies vibe right now. Absolutely delicious tension.

Just not in the mood for a “not like other girls and all the guys fall instantly in love w me” read rn. I may come back to this one but we’ll see.

What in the fresh hell is going on!?!?
This book is seriously keeping me on my toes.
I can’t for the life of me figure out what’s real and what’s not.
A true thriller from the very start and definitely giving me the creeps.
I can’t wait for things to start unravelling and I have a feeling there is going to be some massive twists.

Re reading this because I don’t think I was in the right headspace the first time and I’m much more open to a slow build harem now. Also people continually rage about this series so there must be something I’m missing!
So far I’m enjoying it and hope to make it past book two this time.

honestly, SG’s writing is unparalleled.
The prose is divine and the way she completely transports you to another world, another place in time and space, making you wish you could go there yourself and experience what the MC is experiencing is exhilarating.
Love love love this book so far; I’m truly pacing myself because I don’t want it to end so quickly.
