Yes! I am loving this so far!

Currently attempting to ration this book so I don't devour it in five seconds.

There are so many books I’m going through right now that have incredible reviews and high ratings and I’m just not feeling them... What a reading slump I’m in!

Well... Gonna give this one a go. Possibly one of the most raved about books that I have Goodreads feed, so I guess I've gotta make sure I'm not missing out on anything!

A thief that talks out loud on the job... And an assassin who doesn't carry weapons on her at all times, when she makes a living out of killing people/stealing from people... LOL.

This seems to be bordering on pedophilia... :| Feeling very conflicted as to whether I should continue or not. Anyone else get these vibes when reading this book?

I’m going to try really hard to read this without bias, I just finished The Wicked Trilogy by J. Armentrout and it blew me away, so I’m going to try my best not to use it as a benchmark for this series.

The plot and world-setting of this book seems like it could be great, but I have come across quite a few grammatical errors only 10% in, but I’ll try not let that annoy me too much.

Damn but this book is steamy!

I am so loving this book.

Oooo. I’m loving the MC already. A lot of the MC’s I’ve been reading about lately take themselves way too seriously, and it gets a bit unnecessarily angsty. This MC is super spunky (so far), smart, and has a sense of humor!

Holy sh*t. I can’t stop crying. This is heartbreaking.

Malachi is oh-so-yummy!

The lull seems to have broken. *sighs in relief*

I seemed to have reached a phase of this book where the plot seems to have been lost amidst romantic woes and teenage angst. From all the great reviews on this book and my awesome experience of the first book I was not expecting such a lull. Please let this just be a phase and not a Mary Sue in the making 🙏🏻
