David Roy is 30% done with Food: What the Heck Should I Eat? (The Dr. Mark Hyman Library Book 7)
Lots of good detail about what’s going on behind the public’s eyes with the Big Food industry, none of it good unless you’re a shareholder. Includes enough detail, clearly explained, on the biochemistry to make it clear what’s happening & what’s needed. The challenge is to find accessible sources for the foods he recommends. Example: organic, grass fed beef ain’t easy to get, terribly expensive.

David Roy is reading "Abe" Lincoln's anecdotes and stories: A collection of the best stories told by Lincoln, which made him famous as America's best story teller
A mixed bag. Some interesting stories but I’m unsure of the authenticity. Some entries are tales, some are quite short.

David Roy is reading Fast Wedded to the Ground
I continue to lavish praise on this highly imaginative author. She can range from dark to light yet stay exciting and rich regardless.

David Roy is finished with Leadership: In Turbulent Times
Excellent as per usual. While all are noteworthy, each President offering unique salient qualities, Lincoln stands out once again. A terribly brilliant & savvy man who could speak to so many different types of people. Earthy & lofty at the same time. Thoughtful, seldom given to extremes, able to wait to move forward at the fullness of the moment. He kept learning from experience.
