At this point, I'm just skimming to get to the end. I'm really sad that this book didn't work for me since I'm usually a big R.S. Grey fan. Hopefully the next one will be better!

And now he's crazy possessive? He's basically stalking her and holding her hostage in his car. No thanks.

I'm usually a big R.S. Grey fan, but I'm having a tough time getting into this book. Isabel and Cristiano's chemistry feels a bit lacking to me, and I can't say I'm finding Cristiano to be very likeable. It's probably me and not the book. I might take a break, switch to a different book, and come back to this one later.

I adore Maggie’s family, especially Wyatt. And her dad’s collections - hilarious!

I can't take it anymore. I hate them both. DNF.

His sister Ryleigh, upon learning that he cheated on Gabriella: "I hope you fall dick first into a cactus." Amen, sister. That pretty much sums up how I feel about him too.

And she's asking him to move in with her! Again, she's an idiot.

Now she's begging him to sleep with her. But somehow after all this, he's the one walking away.

Finally a sort of grovel...and she's already taking him back? Are you kidding me?

He kisses her and she lets him? And it "feels like home"? Come on! He hasn't apologized or groveled or anything! She's an idiot.

Finally find out what he did - cheated on her. No excuse, just a random hookup and he admits he's an asshole. His friend bet him a thousand bucks that he couldn't pick up some girl in a bar and he wanted to win.

Absolutely nothing is happening and he is way too cheerful for a man who screwed up so badly with the supposed love of his life. Seems like a spoiled, entitled rich boy who thinks she's going to come running back to him because he always gets what he wants.

OK, Amelia's being a little ridiculous now. What more does she want from Spencer? Just sleep with him already!

This story is really trippy so far. It reminds me of the Highlander but without the swordfighting and "there can be only one" mentality. The writing's excellent and the story has a good hook, but I think I'm going to have to take it in small chunks.
