I can't take it anymore. I hate them both. DNF.

His sister Ryleigh, upon learning that he cheated on Gabriella: "I hope you fall dick first into a cactus." Amen, sister. That pretty much sums up how I feel about him too.

And she's asking him to move in with her! Again, she's an idiot.

Now she's begging him to sleep with her. But somehow after all this, he's the one walking away.

Finally a sort of grovel...and she's already taking him back? Are you kidding me?

He kisses her and she lets him? And it "feels like home"? Come on! He hasn't apologized or groveled or anything! She's an idiot.

Finally find out what he did - cheated on her. No excuse, just a random hookup and he admits he's an asshole. His friend bet him a thousand bucks that he couldn't pick up some girl in a bar and he wanted to win.

Absolutely nothing is happening and he is way too cheerful for a man who screwed up so badly with the supposed love of his life. Seems like a spoiled, entitled rich boy who thinks she's going to come running back to him because he always gets what he wants.

OK, Amelia's being a little ridiculous now. What more does she want from Spencer? Just sleep with him already!

This story is really trippy so far. It reminds me of the Highlander but without the swordfighting and "there can be only one" mentality. The writing's excellent and the story has a good hook, but I think I'm going to have to take it in small chunks.
