Such a great comfort to me that while reading this book I don't get triggered as much. I recognize impulsive behaviours I used to have, but no longer have.

The inner child work is very valuable and I'm in the process of writing the letters. She has a lot to say and I'm glad I'm now ready to let her speak. I've had to take a break multiple times. I'm glad I stumbled upon this book.
