Reading again but this time with my kid but thanks to my terrible memory - I don’t remember a thing! :P

Another kids rec from @everydayreading. So far, the girls seem to be enjoying it!

Ok I failed at reading the print version but I got ahold of the audiobook (thank you Libby for the “skip the line” loan) and I’m plowing through. Guys - it is 25 HOURS LONG. I think this might be my longest listen next to Michelle Obama’s which I think was 18 hours? Wish me luck on this one.

Welp... ran out of time on my library audiobook loan. We’ll see if I pick up again to finish... story is finally starting to get a little more interesting however I do not find the main character very likable.

So far I’m enjoying this much more than “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”.

Just started listening to this audiobook and she has me cracking up! Lots of laugh out loud moments. Audiobook is a must for this one.

I know this is dumb but I'm having a hard time reading this. I read so much about Elizabeth and Jessica growing up, that I can't help but feel betrayed by this story! WAHHHHH... I feel so heartbroken. :P

I just started this and I've already giggled out loud several times. :) Kind of a refreshing change!

Dude, these kids don't mess around! I think the next part might scare me so I'm stopping here for the night. :P

Finally started reading this! Once again, I knew nothing about this book other than it was recommended by Jeannie and T. It's another YA dystopian novel and after the HG Trilogy and Matched, I really think I need a break from these. I am too much of a wuss - my poor heart can't take it! So far, I like it much more than Matched but maybe not as well written as HG? I don't want to put it down tho so yay for that!

These "dystopian" stories are depressing! :P Wept like a baby during Grandfather's Final Banquet. Now I'm struggling w/ this whole romantic triangle. Totally not buying her fascination with Ky. (and for the HG crew - Xander is totally Peeta, I can't help it!!!)

Ok, finally starting this one! Not sure if I'm ready for another dystopian story but it's due back to the library soon :P Sure, I can see a lot of similarities to The Hunger Games, but the tone is totally different. Unlike Katniss, it seems like Cassia is totally drinking the Kool-aid, lol. And I'm trying not to think of Xander as Peeta but it's really hard not to. ;)
