So I really want to like this series. Dorian is the highlight for me. Zoey...what is wrong with her? Ok, she's isolated herself through the years. However, you're telling me that even superficially, she can't a) communicate, b) has no more in-depth knowledge/understanding than a 13 year old. Her inability to logic anything out is painful. Max is annoying. So is Brixton. I only care about Dorian.
