I gave up. It was difficult to read -- for me. I know another person who LOVES it. I may try again someday when I have more leisure time.

Not my favorite of the series, but enjoyable nonetheless.

I may be enjoying this one the most so far because it's set in America and there's a lot of pre-Revolutionary War daily life description. Makes my grateful for my indoor plumbing, stacks of paper and gel pens, that's for sure.

I can't remember the last time I read such a funny book. I think Ms. Lawson belongs in a very small group of people who I'd want to be deserted on an island with, because she is pretty damn awesome. I think that she would also be one of very few authors who'd delight in knowing I read her entire book while on the toilet. Not all at once, mind you.
