I was only reading this to get the badge on kindle and I think imma just have to give up on the badge because it’s not for me

I have decided to quit this book because I am not okay with what will happen later in the book. I checked a spoiler review and I’m out ✌🏼

I don’t think I like the whole Schitt’s Creek thing (which I didn’t know it was going in). I was listening because I was on a road trip, but I don’t think I care enough to actually finish it. I’m 43 percent in and I still think Phoebe is horrible 😬🙃

I am DNFing this book. It’s not bad but not my favorite either. Just one of those where I’m not invested enough to read it. Especially considering I read two other book since starting this one.

DNF’ing
I think I hate Dallas and I’m not a huge fan of Maren either. I thought about trying to skim until the end, but it’s not worth it to me.
Dallas just straight up lied to her like point blank and I think that’s what did it for me.
I miiiiiiight come back at some point but probs not. And I read the blurb for the next book and don’t care about that one so even more eh about finishing this one now.

Well I got further in this one but am bored so I’m quitting. Definitely better than The Lawyer tho.
I’m very glad that I got these from the library because I would’ve been upset if I paid for them just to not enjoy them.

I think I’m going to DNF. I’m bored and honestly don’t see a connection/chemistry with them at all. Also, he’s just not great.

I feel deceived. Instead of enemies to lovers it’s I couldn’t have her so I decided to hate her but omg love and that was not what I signed up for so DNF

In the ARC at 15% there was a reference to “sexy toddlers” and a joke following about (child) porn. I tried to move past it but decided to DNF instead. If I find out it has been taken out of the final copy, I will finish the book.
It remained in the final copy and I doubt I’ll read this author again. Though I really enjoyed A Deal with the Devil. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m still disappointed.

DNF because I don’t want to read about the lying that appears to be happening. Not feeling it.

I don’t want to finish the book but I want to know what happens at the blowup or whatever and I can’t find any spoilers. So I’m skimming it.

I’m not sure I’m going to finish it. The chemistry between Holt and Eden was strong at the beginning. But once we hit the actual story line it seemed to fizzle out?

I’m having a few problems with the book.
1) Levi keeps apologizing and I’m tired of it like do better
2) I don’t really feel their chemistry something just seems off
I don’t think imma finish it
