I'm definitely feeling a strong dislike for the author...

Feyre is so fucking annoying.

I just can't. DNF. Using the word "somehow" doesn't suffice as an explanation. This is one of those books that tells the reader what to believe rather than showing and making them believe.

I'm trying with all my reading superpowers to get through, but I might have to set this aside. I can look past spelling errors in a great story, and this is a fantastic idea, but the execution and writing style don't fulfill this story's potential.

I just finished A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, Book 1) and gave it 5 stars.

Anyone else think Gaby is unnecessarily bitchy? I'm all for having the right to a bad day, but get over yourself.
